How much is shipping?

Shipping is $12 flat rate. Free shipping for orders over $50.

What are your earring backs made from?

My earring backs are made from high quality stainless steel and my Shepard hooks are made from high quality stainless steel.

What's your return policy?

If a product doesn't reach your standards, breaks in the mail, breaks while being worn/used or isn't the product you ordered, I'll replace it, fix it, refund you the money or replace it for a different item of the same price. Please reach out if you need help about your earrings. Please note that I wouldn't sell you a pair of earrings that I wouldn't wear myself. All my earrings are handmade so they may have small imperfections, but that will not affect the overall earring and just adds to the uniqueness. I'm a small business remember so please don't ask for a refund if you have changed your mind and no longer want the product.

How do I care for the earrings?

If the earrings get dirty or dusty, wipe with a baby wipe or damp cloth. Do not submerge in water as keeping them dry will ensure they last long. Remove earrings before hopping into the spa, going for a swim, having a shower or anything where your earrings could get really wet. The earrings can be fragile and may break if they're handled too roughly.

Do you fix broken earrings?

Do be aware that my earrings can break as they can be fragile. If your Pocket Pals earrings break (e.g. back's snapped off, clay's cracked/part of earring's has broken or broken/damaged in the post), send them back to me and I will repair them for free if your earrings break within 3 months since you got them. I do not repair other handmade earrings as I may not have the right supplies to do so. Please contact me if your earrings need repairing and/or for details.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes about 3-5 business days.
